Lani Cao graduated from China University of Politics and Law and Seattle University School of Law. Attorney Cao is admitted to the Washington State Bar and the New York State Bar. Benjamin Wang, is a member of the Oregon State Bar Association and the American Immigration Lawyers Association. He is admitted to practice law before the federal District Court for Oregon and the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. As an adjunct law professor at the University of Oregon Law School, he teaches an immigration law course to second- and third-year law students. Liang Mei holds J.D. and LL.M. degrees from the University of California, Berkeley Law School and George Mason University School of Law. He is admitted to practice law in Washington State, as well as in California, Maryland, and China.
