Lani Cao graduated from China University of Politics and Law and Seattle University School of Law. Attorney Cao was admitted to the Bar of the People’s Republic of China and to the Washington State Bar. She is admitted to practice law before the U.S. District Court for the Western and Eastern Districts of Washington. She is also a member of the Washington State Bar Association, King County Bar Association, and American Immigration Lawyers Association.

Benjamin Wang, is a member of the Oregon State Bar Association and the American Immigration Lawyers Association. He is admitted to practice law before the federal District Court for Oregon and the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. As an adjunct law professor at the University of Oregon Law School, he teaches an immigration law course to second- and third-year law students. His education, training and experience with the U.S. immigration system give him a unique ability to understand the concerns and needs of his clients. ​​​​

Liang Mei holds J.D. and LL.M. degrees from the University of California, Berkeley Law School and George Mason University School of Law. He is admitted to practice law in Washington State, as well as in California, Maryland, and China.
