The July U.S. Visa Bulletin has been released: Final Action Dates advance across the board; the family-based Dates for Filing chart is open, while the employment-based Dates for Filing chart remains

The following is the July U.S. Visa Bulletin update: the family-based Dates for Filing chart is open, while the employment-based Dates for Filing chart is not open.

Family-Based Immigration: Under Chart A, the F1, F2B, F3, and F4 categories have advanced. Under Chart B, the F1, F2B, and F4 categories have advanced.

Employment-Based Immigration: Under Chart A, the EB-1, EB-3, EB-4, and EB-5 categories have advanced. There are no changes under Chart B.
