Trump’s “Gold Card” Is Here! Application System and USCIS Filing Form Are Now Live Simultaneously!

December 10, President Trump’s “Gold Card” program officially launched. USCIS has formally published the application form I-140G on its website, and the government registration portal Trumpcard.gov is now open for applicants. This means the Gold Card program has officially entered the implementation stage.


What is the exact application process?
Step 1:Go to the government website trumpcard.gov and fill in your basic personal and business information. Then follow the on-screen instructions to enter your payment details and complete the initial registration.

Step 2:After submitting, you will receive a confirmation email from the government portal indicating that your information has been accepted by the system.

Only after your registration information is accepted will USCIS contact you and notify you when you may log in to your online account to begin uploading Form I-140G.You cannot submit the form in advance, nor bypass USCIS notification.

Where do you submit Form I-140G?
USCIS does not accept paper submissions. Form I-140G must be filed through your USCIS online account.

The process is as follows:
• USCIS will send you a notice;
• The notice will direct you to log in to or create a USCIS online account;
• Once logged in, you will be able to upload and officially submit Form I-140G.

Filing Fee
The Gold Card program requires a $1,000,000 individual fee or a $2,000,000 corporate-sponsored fee to the U.S. Department of Commerce, plus a non-refundable USCIS processing fee of $15,000 per applicant.

Important Notes
After you receive the USCIS notice and are able to access your online account, the system will enable a “Send a Message” feature. If you need assistance while completing Form I-140G, you may use this feature to contact USCIS directly for technical support.
