Today, starting March 6, H-1B lottery organization accounts for fiscal year 2025 have been opened. Come and invite a lawyer account to enter information!
1. What is an organizational account?
On February 28, 2024, the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) sent an email reminder that the myUSCIS organizational account had been activated.
This year, USCIS has upgraded the company account. Although it retains the previous lottery records, it has upgraded a Company Group function! You can refer to previous guides to register an organization account:
New this year, anyone in the Company Group can view and edit all H-1B registrations and Form I-129 applications. Want to avoid inappropriate sharing of personal information with unauthorized individuals and preserve inclusion and collaboration within the company group for company employees. There are two roles in each Company Group: "Administrator" and "Member".
(Note: The operations these roles can perform are different.)
Please follow the following process to invite a lawyer account to perform follow-up operations for you.
2. How to invite a lawyer account
Step 1: Log in to your organization account and display the My Company homepage.
Step 2: Click "My Representatives" to jump to the invitation lawyer account page.
Step 3: Click "Invite a representative"
Step 4: Fill in the lawyer account information: lawyer name, email address.
Step 5: The invitation has been sent to the lawyer. Please get in touch with your company’s cooperating lawyer as soon as possible.
